Cage Themes

Putting together a cage theme doesn't have to be hard work. There are a few things to consider when putting together a cage theme for our precious hamster.

Step 1: Pick A Theme
So the first step in making your cage theme is to actually pick a theme you want to do whether it be just a color theme, a season or something as simple as a holiday, you need to have a theme set in mind to help you put together the rest of the cage.
Step 2: Pick Out Supplies
The second step is to find and make or buy supplies that fit in with your cage theme. Pet stores have a lot of accessories for cages and other decorations that could fit in with your theme you just go to go look. If you can't find anything at the stores you can always make things from supplies around your house like cardboard boxes or paper and glue. It just takes some imagination.
Step 3: Putting Together The Cage
Once you have your themed picked out and your supplies gathered, it is time to set up the cage itself. It may take you a few times to do this since you may not like where something goes or not like one decoration and want to replace it with another. Be patient if it doesn't work out the first time and you have to change it to get everything right. Put in your decorations (and bedding and other matching necessities) and once you like the way it looks you can put your hamster in it.
